Karma -Hill Country Hefeweizen

Our Texas take on the classic German brew, Karma gives you the best of both worlds: the smooth mouthfeel of an American Wheat, with subtle citrus and spice esters of a German Hefe.
Mighty - Märzen
Light • Crisp • Toasted Bread • 4.7% abv
Mighty Märzen (say it with us: MARE-TSEN) is a traditional German-style lager with extra toasty malt for our tastebuds, but no extra body to weigh us down.

Le Saison — French-Style Saison
Fruity • Dry • Spice • 6.5% abv
Vista’s house saison is a French-style modelled after the classic ales of Wallonia. This brew pours a rich golden color with a frothy white head and a slight haze. The aroma is tropical fruit, banana, clove, white pepper and honey.
The first sip gives you classic saison flavors of bready malt, honey and white pepper. The beer is dry with a full mouthfeel, with a good amount of ester and spiciness.
Twilight — Barrel Aged Brown Ale
Oak • Toffee • Dark Dried Fruit • 10.4% abv
Pours a soft brown color with aromas of caramel and spices. Mild acidity with a medium body hold flavors of oak, toffee and dark, dried fruit.
Glen Rose — Lambic Style Ale
Wine Barrel Aged • Dark Fruit • Leather • Red Wine • Vanilla • Oak • 6.5% abv
Pleasantly sour with hints of dark fruit and leather. Golden in color, with notes of red wine, vanilla and oak from the freshly-emptied wine barrels.
We draw all of our water at Vista from the Trinity Aquifer, 450 feet below the surface. Glen Rose is just one of the formations that make up this aquifer, providing us with beautiful, mineral-rich water.
This farmhouse-style ale showcases Vista’s water and pays homage to the styles of the Senne Valley of Belgium. A blend of six cultures produces a mildly tart ale that will cellar well for years to come.
Shapeshifter — Little Saison
Wine Barrel Aged • Earthy • Mango • Coconut • White Pepper • 5.5% abv
Pours a hazy straw color with a thin head. The initial aroma is white grape, mango and coconut shell. As the beer warms, you’ll find biscuit, bread and earthy aromas come out. The first sip gives a spritzy mouthfeel, slight acidity and a dry finish. You’ll discover flavors of mango, lychee, kiwi, white pepper and clove.
The beer has a great mouthfeel and slight acidity and is very dry. It tastes like a saison, a wit, and an earthy low abv farmhouse were all mixed together and made this beer. It is hard to classify, but it has many styles mixed into it. For me, it is a success from what we wanted to make to what it came out as.
Laissez — Brett Ale with Cab Sauv
Oenobeer Wine-Beer Hybrid • Tart • Red Grape • Mineral • 7.4% abv
This single strain Brett ale is tart and full-bodied with a beautiful pink hue and fruit notes of red grape, berry and apple with a slight acidity and minerality. Brett forward with vanilla and tannins from the red wine barrels.
Made with Texas-grown and malted American pilsner malt and unmalted wheat from Black lands Malt, house-aged whole cone hops, and Vista’s own limestone-filtered well water.
It spent 12 months in freshly-emptied, 100% Touriga Nacional red wine barrels from Lewis Wines with a Brettanomyces Trois yeast strain

Grato — Lambic Style Ale with Italian Plums
Wine Barrel Aged W/ Fruit • Stone Fruit • Tart • Earthy • 8.5 % abv
This fruit-forward and lightly tart wine barrel-aged ale is our Texas tribute to a traditional style, with the terroir of freshly-dumped local wine barrels and local grain.
Ripe plum on the nose with pleasingly tart dried fruit flavors. Medium bodied and earthy with a dry finish.
We began with 100% grown and malted Texas grain, Vista well water and house-aged hops. The beer fermented with a blend of yeast and bacteria, plus a heavy dose of Italian plums for over 12 months in Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from William Chris Vineyards.
Shine — Farmhouse Ale with Peaches
Wine Barrel Aged w/ Fruit • Dry • Young Peach • Light Body • 5.4% abv
This tart wild ale showcases the art of blending barrel aged and fresh beer. The barrel aged portion began with Texas grown pilsner malt, water from Vista’s aquifer-fed well, house-aged hops and Brettanomyces, set to age in a local wine barrel.
The freshly brewed ale also fermented with Brettanomyces and over 200 pounds of juicy peaches. Marrying the two together creates a delicate, tart and nuanced ale with subtle stone fruit aroma, pleasant tartness and flavors of peach cobbler and light tannins.
Driftwood - Pale Ale
Citrus • Berry • Crispy • 4.9% abv
Mosaic hops are the star of the show with apricot, berry and citrus aromas and flavors. The hops are perfectly balanced by a soft and biscuity malt character, making a crushable hoppy ale for any day of the year.
Destination - American IPA
Melon • Citrus • Balanced • 6.5% abv
This batch is packed full of Citra and Simcoe, both hot side and dry hop. Aroma leads with orange, melon and sweet citrus. Pouring a tangerine color, with a thick white head, the flavor melds grapefruit pith, melon and orange. This classic IPA is soft on the palette and easy on the taste buds!
Middle Trinity -Belgian-Style Tripel
Spice • Toasted Caramel • 9.6% abv
Pours with a faint haze and a snow-white head. Inviting, mellow spiciness and clean vanilla malty notes make way for appropriate pear and green fruit with honeysuckle-like floral aromas. Beware, the 9.5% abv is almost undetectable.
Fireside-Whiskey Barrel Aged Imperial Stout
Cocoa • Molasses • Marshmallow • 11.2% abv
This rich winter brew pours black as night with aromas of cocoa powder, pecan, marshmallow and whiskey. The first sip evokes s’mores, followed full bodied dark chocolate and a whiskey finish.
Inspired by our short and sweet Texas winter, we’ve created a small batch imperial stout to keep you warm around the fire pit.
Dark Skies -Black Pilsner
Roasty • Dry • Light-bodied • 4.9% abv
Dark Skies is a light-bodied black lager with hints of coffee and roasted marshmallow. Classic pilsner malt with the addition of midnight wheat malt, plus locally sourced pilsner yeast, imparts fruitcake and fresh dough flavors and aromas. Classic noble hops balance the flavors without bitterness. In the glass, it appears robust, but is deceivingly light and drinkable. You’ll get all of the dark and roasty flavors of a dark beer with a dry, refreshing light body and under 5.0% abv. A great year-round beer!
Barton Creek Gold -Blonde Ale
Light • Crisp • Lemon • 4.2% abv
This crushable ale delivers a light mouthfeel, hint of hoppiness and dryness driven by Vista’s mineral-rich well water.
This recipe was designed in collaboration with our friends from Barton Creek Country Club as the perfect brew for a day on the golf course!
