Glen Rose — Lambic Style Ale

Wine Barrel Aged • Dark Fruit • Leather • Red Wine • Vanilla • Oak • 6.5% abv

Pleasantly sour with hints of dark fruit and leather. Golden in color, with notes of red wine, vanilla and oak from the freshly-emptied wine barrels.

We draw all of our water at Vista from the Trinity Aquifer, 450 feet below the surface. Glen Rose is just one of the formations that make up this aquifer, providing us with beautiful, mineral-rich water.

This farmhouse-style ale showcases Vista’s water and pays homage to the styles of the Senne Valley of Belgium. A blend of six cultures produces a mildly tart ale that will cellar well for years to come.
