Bliss - Barrel Aged Wild Ale w/ Plums

Bliss is a mixed-culture, fruit-forward ale which begins with 100% Texas grown malts, house-aged hops and water from Vista’s aquifer-fed well. This Belgian golden ale, along with loads of plums, spent 12 months in neutral French oak barrels. Pouring a pretty dusty rose color, you’ll find citrus on the nose, followed by plum, grapefruit and pleasing Brett flavors.
