Valentine's Prix Fixe Dinner

Grab your sweetheart and join Vista at the ranch for an elevated farm-to-table prix fixe menu paired with beer or wine.

Join us Tuesday, February 14th at Vista Brewing's Tasting Room & Restaurant for a very special farm-to-table prix fixe menu.

Vista’s Executive Chef Kyle Barker has created a delicious menu featuring locally sourced ingredients cooked over a wood fire and paired with Vista brews and Texas wines, including Dripping Spring’s newest winery, Summer Revival Wine Co.

We'll begin the evening at 6:30 p.m. with a welcome drink and bite before gathering around farmhouse tables for a family style meal.

Amuse-Bouche: Pink Moon Oyster on the Half Shell with Texas Grapefruit Mignonette

First Course: Beet Carpaccio with local J & D Farms Beets, Coastline Crunch Lettuce, South Texas Citrus Vinaigrette, Pure Luck Goat Cheese Fritter

Main Course, Choose one:

  • 48 Hour Sous Vide Boneless Wagyu Shortrib: Wagyu Excelente Shortrib with Roasted King Trumpet Mushroom, Soy Mirin Reduction, Sauteed Rainbow Chard, Thomas Kindle Sweet Potato

  • Post Oak Grilled Baja Striped Bass with Roasted Marble Potatoes, Lacinato Kale, Tom Yum Broth

  • Wild Mushroom Ragout over Orecchiette Pasta with Lacinato Kale and Herb Goat Cheese

Dessert: Chocolate Pot de Crème: Belgian Callebaut Custard with Shaved Chocolate-Chantilly Cream
