Vista’s barrel program creates delicate, unique brews made with 100% Texas grains and Vista’s own mineral-rich well water. Expect complex, mixed-culture styles fermented in freshly-emptied wine barrels from our Central Texas neighbors and a small-batch spirits-barrel program using Texas craft spirits barrels.

Laissez Faire 2023 - the third vintage of our popular single strain Brett ale, this year aged in William Chris Sangiovese barrels
Eclipse - our Dark Skies black pilsner aged in the rare barrels from Still Austin's Bottled in Bond Red Corn Bourbon Whiskey.
