Chicken Tinga Taco: Juicy pulled chicken thigh slowly simmered in a savory and spicy tomato sauce with flavors of cumin, oregano, guajillo paste and chipotle peppers.
Carnitas Taco: Twelves-hour slow roasted pork shoulder in a brown sugar spice blend, with flavors of onion powder, garlic powder, and Korean chili flakes.
Steak & Egg Taco: 18-hour sous vide tri-tip steak seared over post oak and mesquite fire with Aji Panca marinade, scrambled local eggs, and house made pico de gallo. Spicy, tangy flavors with garlic, lime and oregano.
