Beer Release: Treaty - Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout

Join us at the ranch to be the first to sample the 2023 batch of Treaty, a Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout.

This is the second iteration of this collaboration with our friends from Treaty Oak, using their Ghost Hill Bourbon barrels.

We aged this smooth stout for several months, giving notes of bourbon and brown sugar on the nose, with flavors rich dark and roasty malt notes give way to fig and toffee flavors and a beautiful oak finish. The roasted malt base and addition of milk sugar stand up to the oak and tannin imparted by the barrel. The result is a smooth-sipping stout with true Texas character!

Treaty will be available on draft and in 500ml bottles.
