Fresh, local eats
Farm-fresh food menu
Vista’s fresh Texas-American fare features veggies sourced from our own onsite “beyond organic” farm and neighboring farmers and ranchers. The heart of our restaurant is a wood-fired grill and smoker.
Menu highlights for the festival include our guest-favorite Black Angus Cheeseburger (on house-made brioche!), a smokey Pulled Pork Sandwich, and Smoked Chicken with Honey Hot Sauce. We’ll have awesome vegetarian options with a Grilled Veggie Burrito filled with Oyster Mushroom, Black Beans, Arugula & Jalapeno Basil Pesto and Sweet Corn Elotes.
Our pastry chef is going to be busy also, serving up Pretzels & Beer Cheese, Beer Donuts with Vista Honey, cookies and fudge brownies. Hungry yet?
