This month we’re creating a menu around our farm’s fall harvest and unique proteins sourced right here in Central Texas such as venison, wild boar and duck. Menu to be posted as we approach the date of the event.*
We’re also celebrating the next release of our barrel program: Laissez Faire Wine-Barrel-Aged Brett Ale. It will be poured for the first time on the day of this dinner and paired with one of the courses. Made with 100% Texas-grown and malted grains, this brettanomyces ale was aged in 100% freshly-emptied Montepulciano barrels. Notes of pear and rose petals shine through for a wine-like experience.

Dinner is $50 plus 20% gratuity ($10) and sales tax. By reserving here on our website, your three-course meal is paid. All beverage charges will be paid on the evening of the dinner. Please specify when reserving your tickets if you prefer a vegetarian option or have any food preferences or allergies. We will do our best to accommodate all requests, but cannot guarantee availability.
