Vista Supper Club is our monthly, intimate dinner series celebrating the Vista ethos of local & sustainable dishes paired with Vista’s world-class beer.
Each month, the rotating theme highlights a specific seasonal ingredient, one of our partners or one of our specialty beer releases. The three-course menu features the seasonal harvest from our 1-acre onsite “beyond organic” farm. Sustainably-raised proteins are sourced from local ranchers in Central Texas. Chef Stiver expertly blends these hyper-local ingredients for an unforgettable modern Texas dining experience.
For March, we are celebrating the release from Vista’s wine barrel ageing program, Seeking Sakura
, a delicate fruited brett ale. We’re offering the cherry version available to the public, as well as pairing one course with the Apricot Sakura
, which is exclusive to our Vista Barrel Club
. Chef Stiver will offer a menu of early spring dishes, expertly paired with these vibrant, juicy, earthy brews.

Supper Club dinners must be reserved and your reservation held with a credit card. 30 seats available. The three course dinner is $50, with expertly paired beer and wine available at an additional charge (Beer Pairings +$12, Wine Pairings +$18, Beer & Wine Side by Side Pairings +$22).
