Join us Sunday, December 9th for an afternoon of live music with Padre Paul Handelman!!
Paul Handelman is a midwesterner at heart, born and raised in Missouri. After attending college at the University of Montana he spent the next five years serving his country as an infantry officer in the 82nd Airborne Division and 2nd Ranger Battalion
Paul left the military in early 2017, and began a career pursuing music. He was able to move back to Missouri briefly before hitching his wagon down to South Central Texas to work as Cowboy and Ranch Manager on two beef cattle ranches near San Antonio.
Paul The Padre Handelman has described himself as Unbridled, which became the title track of his debut EP. His songwriting and lyrics are doused in imagery and work tirelessly to tell the stories he yearns to share through his music. He’s been inspired by artists such as Tyler Childers, The Steeldrivers, Forest Beutel, Ryan Bingham, Willy Tea Taylor, Joe Pug, and many more. When you turn up Padre Paul’s One-Man-Band on your speakers you’ll experience a blend of Americana, Folk, and Country grit that draw ties to the artists who inspire him, and gives him a way to tell his own story
