Driftwood Dinner Party: Salt Lick + Vista Brewing

Join us Wednesday, June 5th at Salt Lick Cellars for a chef collaboration dinner!

Chef Devin Glenn of The Salt Lick Cellars and Chef Andrew Stiver of Vista Brewing’s grill are joining forces for one amazing pairing dinner!  Each chef brings their unique perspective on modern Texas cuisine, including ingredients sourced from Vista’s 1-acre organic farm.  Each course is expertly paired with one of Vista’s brews.

Tickets are available on Vista’s ticketing site for $75 per person.  Your ticket includes Vista beer pairings and all gratuities.

Amuse Bouche: Watermelon Gazpacho
Beer Pairing: Merriwether – Foraged Hefeweizen

First course: Vista Spent Grain Sourdough with Mixed Tomato, Fermented Radishes and Dilly Beans from the Vista Farm
Beer Pairing: Laissez Faire – Wine Barrel Aged Brett Ale

Second Course: Smoked and Beer-Braised Beef Short Rib with Vista Farm Green Beans and Fingerling Potatoes
Beer Pairing: Le Saison – Farmhouse Ale

Third Course: Half-Roasted Poussin with Vista Farm Mixed Squash Medley
Beer Pairing: Destination – American IPA

Dessert Course: Foraged Driftwood Agarita Berry Sorbet with Toasted Pecan Cookie
Beer Pairing: Seeking Sakura – Wine Barrel Aged Cherry Brett Ale

  • Your ticket includes Vista beer pairings and all gratuities.
  • Beer and wine by the glass are available on the evening of the dinner from Salt Lick Cellars at an additional charge.
  • This is a 21+ event.
  • This event will take place rain or shine. In the event of rain, the location will move to Vista Brewing.
