Dai Due is one of our favorite local restaurants, who share Vista’s belief in our local food system. Dai Due only sources food found in our region, so the bounties and scarcities of the seasons are always the theme of its menus.
Expect five spicy courses filled with smoked, grilled and fried fish collars, frog legs, rabbit legs, and the wings of quail, duck, chicken and turkey, all served family style with beer pairings, followed by dessert.
We are excited to pair six of our lighter summer brews with these spicy dishes, including Dark Skies Black Pilsner, Hensel Helles Lager and Glen Rose Wine Barrel Aged Lambic-Style Ale.
Tickets are $100 per person for this 5 course dinner with beer pairings for each course. Private booth for parties of 4 or 6 are available. Gratuity is included.
